AZ Roofing Information
Info on AZ and the effects of the climate
If you have been in Arizona for any time at all, you know how extreme and harsh the climate can be. Based on the chart below, the average high in July is 105.4 degrees and the average low in January is 42.0 degrees, a difference of 63.4 degrees. And these are only the averages! We all know that the actual high can exceed 115 degrees and the low can be in the teens.
With these brutal weather conditions, you must be sure that your roof is up to the challenge. Unfortunately, many of home builders use lower quality materials when they build your roof, and these materials do not stand up to the Arizona climate very well. When these lower quality materials are exposed to the elements, they often become brittle, they start to curl and ultimately fail. When Payne and Sons does your job, they will ensure that the highest quality materials are going to be used that are made to withstand the effects of the elements. You, in turn, will have the peace of mind that your roof will not leak.
