Downstairs is an oversized kitchen with a stainless steel 5 burner gas range and a double oven, an oversized refrigerator, stainless steel microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the eating and cooking gadgets you could possibly need. The beautiful kitchen opens up to the living area with leather couches, a full intercom system, and a stone-wrapped gas fireplace. There is also a 7.1 channel surround sound system that is piped throughout the entire home, including the decks outside.

Our formal dining room has a beautiful wood table and views that overlook the wooded lots across the street. There is also a full bathroom and a laundry room downstairs.

Outside on the redwood deck there is enough space to enjoy the grill and the outdoor furniture while enjoying the beautiful scenery. A gas grill is also provided together with a charcoal grill, while there is a hammock for you to hang out in and relax.

Upstairs in the game room you will find all sorts of things to enjoy. A large flat panel television, DVD player, Satellite TV with movie channels, gaming systems (all systems come with some games, but feel free to bring your own) are all there for your enjoyment. Don’t forget the popcorn that is downstairs next to the stove!!
