Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with full seating for 8 people, and kitchen with an island, stainless steel 5 burner gas range, double oven, oversized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of space in case you want to use the wonderful kitchen gadgets and make yourself a full gourmet meal. A set of double doors opens up to a covered redwood deck large enough for a large outdoor party, complete with a charcoal and gas grill, and a hammock that will let you relax and all your worries fade away.

There is also an oversized laundry room downstairs with plenty of counter space.
